Tre proposte espositive di tre giovani commissari a La Casa Encendida
Fin dall’inizio (la prima edizione si svolse nel 2002), il concorso ha attratto moltissimi partecipanti che si sono presentati con progetti di qualità e che ha portato la manifestazione alla testa dei concorsi più importanti nel campo dell’arte giovanile contemporanea.
Quest’anno sono stati premiati tre progetti. Il primo è “Scuro e Selvaggio”, commissariato da Edu Hurtado. Si tratta di un progetto di ricerca che fa del “bosco” un territorio metaforico del desiderio e della furia. È uno spazio che vuole riflettere sulla violenza, intesa come qualcosa d’inerente all’essere umano e che serve, inoltre, come scusa per analizzare in modo coscienzioso i modelli del sistema di valori imperante.
Il secondo lavoro premiato è “Everything is out there” di Rosa Lleó y Zaida Tallero. Il lavoro si concentra sulla ripetizione d’immagini ed oggetti del passato e il modo nel quale questi vengono interpretati nel presente.
“De Zines”, proposto da Roberto Vidal e Óscar Martín, vuole invece riflettere su quello che sta succedendo nel mondo editoriale contemporaneo, in particolar modo nel settore delle pubblicazioni indipendenti, ovvero come quest’ambito si collega a quello della produzione artistica e dell’ambiente sociale, culturale e politico attuali. I tre progetti potranno essere visti da tutti coloro che visitano appartamenti a Madrid, nelle sale A, B e C della Casa Encendida, fino al 29 agosto.
